Alternatively, email support@finpal.makp.in with the subject FinPal account deletion. Include the email address used to sign in to FinPal and state whether you want the account deleted or only specific data removed. We may verify your account ownership before processing the request. Do not include passwords, OTPs, card numbers or bank credentials.
Delete from the app
In FinPal, open Settings → Delete Account and complete the ownership check. This deletes the Firebase sign-in account and cloud profile.
What is deleted and retained
The sign-in account and cloud profile, including the stored email, name, profile-photo URL and login metadata, are deleted after the verified account-deletion process.
Limited entitlement, purchase-verification and one-time-trial eligibility records are stored separately and retained to verify ownership, restore valid purchases and prevent fraud or repeated trials. These records include hashed sign-in identifiers, trial dates, account identifiers and purchase tokens; they do not preserve your deleted cloud profile. Contact us about requests concerning these records; we will explain any necessary retention.
Financial records, original SMS copies, receipt attachments and local logs remain on your device. To remove them, choose Settings → Wipe All Data separately. This does not erase messages in Android's SMS inbox.
Backups and exports you saved must be deleted separately from their saved location. We cannot erase copies on devices or storage accounts we do not control.

Deleting your FinPal account does not refund or cancel a lifetime purchase. Sign back in with the same Google account, use the Google Play account that bought Premium, then open Premium in Settings and choose Restore Previous Purchases to restore a valid purchase. Purchases whose access has been revoked cannot be restored. Refund eligibility is governed by Google Play's policies and applicable law.
Account deletion does not pause or restart your one-time trial. When you return using the same verified identity, any remaining trial time keeps its original expiry date; an expired trial stays expired.
Use the contact email to request deletion of specific data without deleting your sign-in account. No app reinstall is required to send a request.
